We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each product comes with a detailed care label. We recommend cold hand wash or dry clean for most garments to preserve quality and longevity. Please avoid machine drying.
5. How do I know what size to order?

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
7. Do you offer customizations or made-to-measure clothing?
Currently, we do not offer custom sizing. However, we are working on launching exclusive made-to-measure services soon.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also log in to your account and track your order under My Orders.
9. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.
