CANCELLATION POLICY
For Cancellations please contact the us via email.
Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
REFUND POLICY
We process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of returned orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the same card that was used.
No refunds are provided for products sold during any Sale/promotions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
3. The product's original tags to be intact and the product's original e-bill to be presented while sending an exchange request.
4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand
6. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
7. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 3- 5 nationally and 7-10days for international orders.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier ( BLUE DART, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
