Return Policy
Orders can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
All products must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging.

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

• Metro cities: 3–5 days
  
• Other Locations: 5–7 days
  
  Please note: Delivery may take longer during sales or festive periods.
  

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your country. Customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

4. How do I care for my garments?

Each product comes with a detailed care label. We recommend cold hand wash or dry clean for most garments to preserve quality and longevity. Please avoid machine drying.

5. How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide on the product page. If you’re in between sizes or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us via chat or email.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be changed.

7. Do you offer customizations or made-to-measure clothing?

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing. However, we are working on launching exclusive made-to-measure services soon.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also log in to your account and track your order under My Orders.

9. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.

10. Where are your clothes made?

All our garments are proudly designed and handcrafted in India by skilled artisans and ethical manufacturing units.
